Physical Therapist (PT) - Acute Therapy

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate and treat patients of all ages, developing personalized care plans that incorporate goals, treatment, and discharge strategies. The role involves performing patient assessments, selecting appropriate examination methods, and adjusting care based on patient response and evidence. Responsibilities include designing and implementing functional intervention plans educating patients, families, and healthcare teams documenting in compliance with organizational standards supervising support personnel such as PT assistants and technicians monitoring patient progress and communicating recommendations to the medical team demonstrating safe body mechanics and respectful, empathetic patient care completing required continuing education and screenings for therapy efficiency Qualifications** include a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, a valid PT license, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days. Candidates should have experience in acute stroke patient care and demonstrate clinical skills in evaluation, documentation, and patient education.
