We believe recovery is possible, and we are passionate about providing individualized care that empowers every person we serve.The Clinical Director provides strategic and operational leadership for our PHP and IOP programs in Waltham, MA. Join us and find out how you can make a difference today.Responsibilities Include:Maintain clinical quality and integrity of PHP and IOP programsManage program staffing, selection, training, ongoing development and supervision of staffManage and maintain budgeting targetsEnsure compliance with all organizational and regulatory agency standardsParticipate in regulatory agency reviewsPromote patient care consistent utilizing the philosophy and objectives of Walden Behavioral Care and Monte Nido and AffiliatesPartner with the Outreach department on community efforts as outlined in the Strategic Marketing PlanClinical Case Management as neededQualifications:Master's Degree, Psy D or PhD in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related fieldAt least 5 years of leadership experienceMinimum of 5 years clinical experience with a psychiatric, mental health and/or eating disorder population; 24/7 level of care strongly preferredClinical supervisory and managerial experience with a budget in excess of $1M and multiple direct reportsExperience with marketing, systems strategy, psychosocial treatment strategies, knowledge of eating disorders, age specific growth and development, limit setting, crisis and behavioral management.Previous experience working with commercial insurance carriers including managed careYou must possess knowledge of team management, psychiatric group process, therapeutic relationships processes, age specific growth and development, limit setting and behavior management, crisis management with aggressive behaviors.Licensure/Certification: Independent License RequiredClinical Leadership, Operational Excellence and Strategic ThinkingEffective Team ManagementProvision of Client Care Services and Resource ManagementCritical Thinking, Communication and Customer RelationsMarketing and Business DevelopmentManaging Staff Performance and Empowering Others
