AMFAB Steel Supply is a rapidly growing structural and miscellaneous steel fabricator based in Scottsboro, AL. We deliver turnkey solutions—design/engineering assistance, fabrication, logistics, and installation for commercial, multi-residential, institutional, warehousing, retail, and industrial projects. We’re expanding fast and need an experienced Senior Steel Project Manager who thrives without micromanagement. You will drive complex projects from planning through erection, leading cross-functional teams and delivering results on time and on budget. What You’ll Own Full lifecycle management of structural and miscellaneous steel projects (planning → fabrication → delivery → installation) Coordination across engineering, fabrication shop, logistics, and field crews Tracking material orders, lead times, fabrication schedules, and site deliveries Managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, documentation, and change orders Proactive issue resolution on design changes, site conditions, inspections, and logistics Clear, timely communication with internal teams, general contractors, architects, and owners Supporting safety compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement of our processes Who We’re Looking For We’re not looking for someone who waits for instructions. We want a **proactive, solution-oriented** Project Manager who anticipates problems, drives decisions, and keeps projects moving with minimal oversight.
