Overview Base pay range: $44,472.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr. Position General Manager Responsibilities Lead the restaurant, mentor and develop team members to ensure store success. Instill Wendy’s culture and motivate the team to exceed customer expectations. Maintain total operational and financial responsibility for the restaurant. Qualifications You have three years of experience working as a restaurant general manager in a quick-service restaurant with heavy drive-thru operations (examples: Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Burger King, Arby’s, Taco Bell, etc.). You have a strong background in restaurant operations, achieving benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
