Base pay range: $44,472.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr. Flynn Wendy’s is part of Flynn Group, operating over 190 Wendy’s restaurants across DC, MD, PA, UT, VA, and WV with a diverse team of 6,000+ employees. General Manager

Responsibilities

Lead the restaurant, mentor and develop team members to ensure store success.
Instill Wendy’s culture and motivate the team to exceed customer expectations.
Maintain total operational and financial responsibility for the restaurant.

Compensation: Wendy’s General Managers: $44,472 - $65,000 per year plus Profit Sharing.

Qualifications

You have three years of experience working as a restaurant general manager in a quick-service restaurant with heavy drive-thru operations (examples: Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Burger King, Arby’s, Taco Bell, etc.). You have a strong background in restaurant operations, achieving benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness. You are passionate about developing and leading teams and strive for excellence.
