As a company of more than 14,000 employees operating in 24 countries, Moog is known for its culture of trust, innovation, and technical excellence.As the Global Business Process Owner (GBPO) for Aftermarket Services, you will be accountable for defining, governing, and sustaining global aftermarket business processes throughout the ERP transformation lifecycle and beyond. You will serve as the business authority for processes including repair and overhaul, warranty, returns, service contracts, spare parts management, and field service operations. You will ensure that future-state processes are standardized, scalable, and aligned with business strategy while leveraging ERP capabilities to improve operational performance, customer experience, and compliance.
