Credit Agricole CIB's New York City Coverage Team is seeking a college undergraduate to assist Managing Directors/Senior Bankers in the handling of client relationships. Responsibilities Assist Managing Directors/Senior Bankers with client relationship management. Demonstrate strong initiative and the ability to work well under pressure. Manage multiple assignments simultaneously. Show resourcefulness and independence. Maintain a professional demeanor and good work ethic. Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a good understanding of corporate finance and key accounting fundamentals, financial statement analysis & modeling, and valuation methodologies. Program Overview The Summer Analyst program offers an opportunity for college undergraduates interested in finance and corporate / investment banking to actively participate in this fast‑paced and challenging industry. We provide Summer Analysts with the tools necessary for professional growth and career advancement. The ultimate goal of the program is to develop the ideal candidate into a U.S. Analyst – Coverage Analyst position upon graduation. Minimal Qualifications College junior pursuing a degree in Finance/business or a related field. Eligible to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5. Knowledge of accounting and financial statement analysis. Some financial modeling skills. Developed oral and written presentation skills. Advanced knowledge of major computer applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Word (experience using the Bloomberg terminal is a plus). Basic grasp of risk/return analysis concepts and tools.
