360Abode is seeking experienced, licensed residential real estate agents to serve buyers and sellers across Greater Cleveland. This is a role for a self-motivated, entrepreneurial agent who wants real lead flow, modern tools, and a genuinely collaborative culture — without giving up independence. You will represent clients across the transaction, deliver a market-forward experience, and have the option to grow into team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Represent buyers and sellers in residential transactions across the Cleveland metro
• Work company-generated leads from the 360Abode platform, partnerships, and brand — alongside your own sphere
• Originate and direct the marketing of residential listings to 360Abode's professional standard
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and referral partners
• Prepare offers, guide clients through negotiation, and manage transactions to close
• Follow current practice requirements, including written buyer-representation agreements before showings
• Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, values, and legislation affecting residential real estate
• Optionally mentor newer agents as your career grows — a defined path to team leadership

Requirements

• Active Ohio real estate salesperson or broker license, with no history of violations or disciplinary actions by any State Licensing Board or Professional Trade Organization
• A record of sales success and satisfied clients
• Entrepreneurial, self-starting, and able to work independently
• Collaborative and team-oriented — you believe a rising tide lifts all boats
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Proficient with technology; comfortable with Microsoft 365 and willing to learn new tools (CRM, digital transactions)
• Ability to travel locally as needed

Additional Salary Information

Negotiable, based on experience - contract/fee split basis
