Flexible schedule: 4-day clinic week and overnight/weekend call coverage Competitive hourly pay ($1.00/hour) with weekly pay via direct deposit Fully equipped facility with in-house lab, ultrasound, and NST on-site Start date: 01/01/2026 Location: Russellville, Arkansas Facility: a leading facility in Russellville, AR Quick Facts Location: 1808 West Main Street, Russellville, AR 72801 Start Date: 01/01/2026 End Date/Duration: Ongoing / Project-based assignment Shift: Clinic: 8 am – 4 pm, 4 days/week; Call: 1:4 overnight/weekend coverage (Friday 8 am – Monday 8 am) Hours per week: Approximately 32 hours + on-call hours Employment Type: Contract/Temporary Licenses/Certs: Arkansas Medical License, PALS, Fetal Monitoring certification (required) Experience: Prior OB/GYN clinical experience required Pay & Benefits Pay: $1.00/hour (discussed upon application) Benefits: Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time, in accordance with law Licensure, travel, and certification reimbursements Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team committed to your success What You’ll Do Provide clinic-based OB/GYN care in a busy outpatient setting Manage obstetric patients, including routine prenatal care and high-risk cases Assist with gynecological examinations and procedures Respond to overnight and weekend call coverage as scheduled Utilize in-house ultrasound, lab, and NST services Collaborate with NP staff and adhere to certification requirements Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety at all times What You Need Valid Arkansas medical license and DEA registration PALS and fetal monitoring certifications (must have) Minimum 2+ years of OB/GYN clinical experience Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt to fast-paced healthcare environment About the Assignment This assignment involves providing OB/GYN outpatient care at a leading healthcare facility in Russellville, Arkansas. The provider will work a four-day clinic schedule with required call coverage, supporting both routine and high-risk obstetric and gynecological care. The facility features advanced diagnostic tools, including in-house ultrasound and lab services, ensuring comprehensive patient management.
