• Diagnose, repair, and maintain European motorcycles, with Ducati experience preferred.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, warranty repairs, and major mechanical repairs.
• Accurately document repairs and communicate findings with the Service Department.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Work efficiently while meeting dealership quality standards.
• Collaborate with fellow technicians and service advisors to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a professional motorcycle technician.
• Strong background working on European motorcycles (Ducati experience is a plus).
• Ability to diagnose electrical, fuel injection, engine, suspension, and drivability issues.
• Must have your own professional tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Manufacturer certifications are a plus but not required.
