Part time: 5 – 10 hours / week
Pay: $20 - $25 / hour
Job Summary
We are seeking two experienced and safety-conscious Commercial Drivers to join our team! As an After School Bus Driver you would drive one of our buses (20, 25 & 33 passengers) to pick up from two schools. The total drive time would be less than one hour per day. You would be responsible for the safe operation of the bus and the safety of the passengers. The ideal candidate has a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a passenger endorsement and previous experience driving a bus. If you have a clean driving record, high safety standards, and enjoy people we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Pick up after school campers from two elementary schools
- Obey all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or repair issues promptly
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the bus safely
- Ensure you have all the campers you are supposed to have prior to leaving their elementary school
Qualifications
- CDL with passenger endorsement
- Clean driving record with no recent accidents or traffic citations
