We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN to help provide nursing care and support for our patients. In this role, you will work with an incredible team of Psychiatrist, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, RNs, LVNs, and Case Managers to provide the best nursing services to patients in our Adult Outpatient Clinics!

Here's what you'll do:

• Provide training on health maintenance and improving outcomes for mental health treatment
• Responsible for patient education, obtaining consents for medications, venipunctures, IM injections, EKG and any other duties deemed necessary by the CNO
• Responsible to maintain all CEU necessary to maintain licensure
• Serve as our MAT and ACT Team nurse, attending ACT Team meetings 3 days per week
• Attend staff meetings monthly
• Works closely with clients and their families, MD's, APRN's, PA's, case managers, and other nursing staff to provide a team-focused atmosphere
• Works under minimal supervision with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment
• Will function under the supervision of the Chief Nursing Officer and within the scope of practice
• In region travel

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation
• Computer competent, and proficient in computer software.

What you'll need:

• Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas
• 3 years nursing experience, preferably with person's with mental illness
• Valid Driver's license and insurable by Tri-County

Payscale: $80,219/yr Location: Conroe, Texas
