Be the go-to pro who moves roll-off containers and rental equipment that power construction projects across Milwaukee, WI. At EquipmentShare, technology meets teamwork—our T3 platform gives you live job data, route details, and fleet locations so you can deliver safely and efficiently. Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, overtime after 40 hours, plus occasional on-call with extra pay.

What You’ll Handle

• Safe transport of roll-off containers and rental machinery while complying with state and federal transportation laws.
• Expert backing, positioning, and docking in constrained spaces; follow loading crew signals.
• Hands-on loading/unloading with the right tools; return equipment and skids to designated spots.
• Accurate documentation: invoices, bills of lading, and route paperwork delivered to the shipping office.
• Routine truck care—check fluids, fuel, and air; escalate maintenance needs to the Shipping Supervisor.
• Yard efficiency: arrange trailers to support optimal loading patterns.
• Pitch in on related duties that keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Bring

Credentials

• Class A CDL or chauffeur’s license per state rules and vehicle weight.
• DOT physical required (fleet includes vehicles over 10,000 lbs).
• Minimum age 21 to operate company vehicles.

Physical Expectations

• Long stretches behind the wheel.
• Lift/move up to 40 lbs.
• Frequent travel between sites.
• Clean-shaven when required by certain customer locations.
