You’ll work closely with educators, families, and other specialists to assess students’ needs, provide counseling, and support the development of individualized educational plans.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid or eligible Georgia School Psychologist certification
• Previous experience with school-aged children preferred
• Strong assessment, counseling, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and work independently

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments to identify students’ strengths and needs
• Develop and recommend strategies for interventions and support services
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to create and implement IEPs and 504 plans
• Provide consultation to teachers and parents, offering strategies to support student success
• Deliver direct counseling services to individuals and groups
• Support crisis intervention, prevention programs, and positive behavioral interventions
