Hiring ASAP-South San Jose area Schedule: Monday-Friday morning: 7/8am start afternoon: 12pm+ late afternoon: 3pm+

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate health records.
• Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities to promote social interaction.
• Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health status.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous caregiving experience in a home care or healthcare setting is preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Background check clearance
• HCA Registration with Guardian (State of CA)
• TB test
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
