HR Coordinator

Randstad Inhouse Services is looking for an HR Coordinator to support our client Sephora in the Belcamp, Maryland area. You'll own warehouse recruiting for the site and keep hiring running smoothly from first contact to start date.

This is a hands-on role for someone who likes speed and variety. One hour you're sourcing and screening candidates, the next you're in the hiring system making sure every record is accurate, and later you're updating Excel or Google Sheets dashboards so leadership has a real-time view of hiring health. You'll also support nearby Belcamp-area facilities and take the lead on site when leadership is off-site.

Some flexibility will be needed to cover all shifts as they are staffed. If you're comfortable with digital systems, use Excel or Google Sheets regularly, and can make good decisions on your own, we'd like to hear from you.

salary: $25 - $27 per hour

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

• Front-End Talent Engagement: Take ownership of the top-of-funnel recruitment process. This includes aggressive sourcing, initial outreach, and screening candidates for warehouse roles to ensure a high-quality pipeline.
• Hiring System Expert: Act as the primary administrator for site-specific recruitment platforms. You will ensure all candidate data is accurate, compliant, and moving efficiently through the workflow.
• Managerial Support & Coverage: Directly assist with daily operational tasks. This includes providing recruitment support and providing full site coverage.
• Data & Rosters: Upkeep personnel trackers using Excel/Google Sheets dashboards to provide leadersip with real-time updates on hiring health.

Key Requirements

• System Fluidity: High comfort level navigating and managing digital systems in a fast paced environment
• Intermediate Excel: If you haven’t utilized excel or google sheets in many years, this is not the position for you..
• Leadership Presence: Proven ability to manage site operations and make decisions independently when leadership is off-site.
