Medical Director, Aesthetics & Reconstruction

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a board-certified plastic surgeon to serve as Medical Director for the Aesthetics & Reconstruction portfolio. This senior physician leader will provide medical and scientific expertise across clinical development, evidence generation, physician education, and external engagement within the plastic surgery community.
Responsibilities
- Serve as senior medical expert for aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery technologies and portfolio strategy
- Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, investigators, and academic centers
- Represent the organization at scientific congresses, professional society meetings, and medical forums
- Partner on clinical protocol development, study design, and evidence generation priorities
- Lead physician education initiatives and identify unmet educational needs in plastic surgery
Requirements
- Board certification in plastic surgery
- Significant clinical experience in aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery
- Strong clinical and scientific credibility in the field
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with surgeons and professional societies
- Experience with medical affairs, clinical development, or similar leadership roles
- Ability to engage with key opinion leaders and academic medical centers
