In this role, you will guide commercial projects after award, keeping materials, timelines, documentation, and jobsite needs moving in the right order. You will work closely with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to prevent delays, answer questions, and keep each project on track through completion. To be considered for this role, you must have commercial door and hardware project management or coordination experience, including the ability to interpret project scopes, and communicate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams. To be successful, you must be calm under pressure, proactive with follow-up, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once. Project Manager Responsibilities Manage commercial door, frame, and hardware projects after award Review scopes, plans, and hardware schedules to ensure accuracy before release Coordinate submittals, material ordering, lead times, and delivery sequencing Communicate with project engineers, superintendents, and vendors Partner with internal teams on purchasing, fabrication, and shipping Track scope changes, schedule shifts, and change order needs Resolve field issues tied to missing, incorrect, or delayed materials Maintain clear, proactive communication with customers and internal teams Manage multiple active projects across varying sizes and timelines Support project closeout coordination with internal departments Project Manager Qualifications 3+ years of commercial doors, frames and hardware experience required 3+ years of project management or coordination experience required Ability to read and interpret specs, hardware schedules, and construction documents required Strong communication skills with contractors, vendors, and internal teams required Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously requiredProficiency with ERP software required #J-18808-Ljbffr #twiceasnice Recruiting
