General Manager - Golf Cart Sales I Multi-Location

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to oversee operations across our four current locations and support our continued expansion into new markets. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring operational consistency across all sites, managing staff and inventory, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growing business and can balance strategic oversight with day-to-day operational involvement.

A company vehicle and fuel card Will be provided to support regular travel between locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Location Operations Management

- Oversee daily operations across all four locations, ensuring consistency in service quality, processes, and brand standards

- Conduct regular site visits to each location to monitor performance, address issues, and support local managers

- Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPS) across all locations

- Coordinate inventory transfers and resource sharing between locations as needed

- Support the setup and launch of new locations as the company expands

• Sales & Revenue Growth

- Set and monitor sales targets for each location; develop strategics to meet or exceed goals

- Analyze sales performance data across locations and identify opportunities for growth

- Oversee pricing strategy for cart sales and service

- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and vendors

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets

• Staff Leadership HR

- Hire, train, and supervise location managers and support their management of local staff

- Establish performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews

- Foster a positive, accountable company culture across all locations

- Handle escalated HR issues, staffing challenges, and disciplinary matters

- Staffing needs as the company grows and support recruitment efforts

• Inventory & Fleet Management

- Oversee inventory levels of golf carts, parts, and accessories across all locations

- Manage relationships With manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers

- Ensure proper tracking systems are in place for inventory, sales, and service records

• Financial Oversight

- Manage budgets for each location and monitor performance

- Review and send for final approval major expenditures, capital purchases, and vendor contracts

- Work with accounting/bookkeeping to ensure accurate financial reporting

- Control costs related to labor, inventory, and facilities

- Prepare regular performance reports for ownership/executive leadership

• Customer Service & Quality

- Ensure consistent, high-quality customer expenence across sales and service departments

- Address escalated customer complaints or concerns

- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback

- Ensure service departments meet turnaround time and standards

• Expansion & Strategic Planning

- Assist ownership in evaluating and planning new location launches

- Participate in site selection, buildout planning, and staffing for new locations

- Develop scalable systems and processes that support company growth

- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities

• Compliance & Safety

- Ensure all locations comply with local, state, and federal regulations (including DOT/vehicle regulations where applicable)

- Maintain safety standards in service bays, showrooms, and operations

- Ensure proper licensing, insurance, and documentation are maintained at each location

- 5+ years of management experience, ideally in multi-location retail, automotive, powersports, or equipment sales/service

- Proven experience overseeing multiple business locations or teams

- Strong background in sales leadership and P&L management

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

- Ability to travel regularly between locations (company vehicle and fuel card provided)

- Experience with inventory management systems and basic financial reporting

- Golf cart, powersports, or automotive industry experience preferred but not required

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
