Qualifications The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate, detailed cost estimates for commercial projects ranging from $5 million to $100 million. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of construction means and methods, and the ability to work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience preferred Experience in estimating commercial construction projects highly desirable Proficiency in quantity takeoffs, cost estimating, and subcontractor bid evaluation Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications accurately Experience with Procore, SmartBid, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Jackson Construction
