我们正在为一所北京的国际学校招聘双语宿管负责人，到岗时间为2025年8月。职位描述： 主管舍监部门管理工作，包含各项制度体系搭建及优化等；全面负责本部门组织搭建及优化，员工培训、绩效考核、晋升等工作； 家校协调和家长共通疑难问题处理； 舆情管理工作； 岗位要求：熟练的中文及英文的双语应用；英语可作为工作语言； 对国际教育和西方文化有很好的了解，有海外学习或工作经验优先考虑； 较强沟通能力和公关能力、娴熟沟通技巧； 较强的团队管理以及危机问题（或事件）的处理能力； 有强烈的敬业精神和职业道德，对待学生有耐心和爱心，保护学生隐私及权益。 薪资：月薪14-30k带薪寒暑假员工年度体检 Job Responsibilities: Carry out the department management, including the construction and optimization of various systems;Comprehensively responsible for the department's organization and optimization, staff training, performance appraisal, promotion and other work; Home-school coordination and parental common difficult problem processing; Public opinion management; Job Requirements:Proficient in bilingual application of Chinese and English; English can be used as working language; Good understanding of international education and western culture; overseas study or work experience is preferred; Strong communication and PR skills, skillful communication skills; Strong team management and ability to handle crisis issues (or incidents); Strong professionalism and ethics, patience and love for students, and protection of students' privacy and rights.
