Where You Will Work:

The Pineville ED Float position will have Pineville as the teammates primary home location; however, the role requires flexibility to support staffing needs across multiple sites. Teammates in this position will be expected to float between all four facilities, including Pineville Emergency Department and the three freestanding emergency departments located in Steele Creek, Providence, and Ballantyne. Regular floating between these locations is a core requirement of the role to ensure appropriate coverage and patient care across the region.

  Candidates must have at least 6 months of RN experience, this position is not for new graduates

  Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices

  Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

  ACLS required within 6 months of hire

  2 years of Emergency Department experience required
