About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for the EMEA Pensions & Benefits team within the Human Capital Management division. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategy, management, operations, and governance of pension and benefit programs across multiple EMEA locations, with a focus on arrangements outside of the UK. This role requires a professional with a substantial background in EMEA pensions and benefits, including healthcare, risk, cars, and voluntary benefits, and a strong working knowledge of UK pensions and benefits legislation. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in this field, with a proven track record in strategic leadership, policy management, and compliance. Key responsibilities for this position include day-to-day management of pension and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and managing vendor relationships to provide a high-quality offering to employees. The role also involves people management, with a direct line responsibility for a team of up to 8 individuals. The candidate should be adept at problem-solving, have strong analytical and communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment. A proactive approach, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence and challenge existing practices are essential. The role is pivotal in supporting the EMEA & APAC Head of Benefits & Wellness in driving the company's human capital management strategy and is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about making a significant impact on the success of the firm's most valuable asset - its people.
