Responsibilities:

• Perform Pharmacist Verification 1 (PV1) and Pharmacist Verification 2 (PV2) functions
• Conduct final verification processes, ensuring the accuracy of medication and prescription information
• Verify that the correct medication is in the bottle/box and that directions match the hard copy prescription
• Work with the pharmacy order entry system Wellsky; no automation tools are involved
• Note that no on-call duties are required for this position
