Job Description HVAC Projects Lead Installer Installer
Location: Charlotte, NC We are seeking a Project Installers specializing in HVAC to install commercial HVAC/R systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in equipment application, refrigeration theory, duct design, control systems, pipe fitting, and structural layouts.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay Range: $25- $32 (DOE)

Location: Charlotte, NC We are seeking a Project Installers specializing in HVAC to install commercial HVAC/R systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in equipment application, refrigeration theory, duct design, control systems, pipe fitting, and structural layouts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems under supervision to gain knowledge of products and processes.
- Maintain safety awareness in a potentially hazardous work environment.
- Pursue ongoing training and actively seek new information.
- Communicate effectively and follow instructions to provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to support success.
- Associate's degree in HVAC preferred but not required
- 2 years of installation experience. (Commercial/Industrial HVAC experience preferred)
- Valid driver's license
- EPA Universal Certification
- HVAC Technician Certification (preferred).
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Proficiency in basic math, including rates, ratios, and percentages.
- Problem-solving skills for handling standardized situations.
- Regularly stand, climb, kneel, and lift up to 100 pounds.
- Occasionally lift more than 100 pounds.
- Ability to see at various distances and distinguish colors.
- Outdoor work in extreme weather, and exposure to mechanical parts, fumes, high voltage, and vibrations.
- Occasional exposure to toxic chemicals, extreme heat or cold.
- Typically, noisy work environment.
- Flexibility for overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight travel.
Pay Range: $25- $32 (DOE)
