Print Production Specialist

PRODUCTION SPECIALIST

We are behind large‑format graphics and murals across the U.S. The Production Specialist reports directly to the studio owner and is responsible for producing wide‑format specialty printing products and ensuring profit and margin potential through outstanding performance in fast turn‑around times, high‑quality output, and efficient use of materials. Primary Roles and Responsibilities 70% – Printing and Production (measuring, finishing, installing) 10% – Graphic Design 10% – Inventory Management and Equipment Maintenance 10% – Miscellaneous (studio upkeep, deliveries) Core Functions Lead the printing and production of client orders Inspect customer files, provide digital proofs and make graphics print‑ready Operate and maintain large‑format printers, laminators and plotters Conduct inventory and procurement* Assist with material ordering as needed Required Skills Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and problem‑solving skills Team player who can accept constructive criticism Focus on quality assurance (ensure finished product is 100% correct before it leaves the studio) Superior time management to meet strict deadlines Customer‑service orientation (lifeblood of SpeedPro Imaging) Excellent communication skills, internally and with customers Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
