We're looking for a motivated, experienced hairstylist who's ready to take the lead at our busy Carpenter Crossings salon in Ypsilanti!

These earnings include hourly pay, service commissions, credit card tips, and product commissions. Cash tips are additional.

As Salon Manager, you'll be responsible for leading your team while continuing to provide exceptional service behind the chair.

Your responsibilities include:

• Coaching, motivating, and developing stylists.
• Creating a positive, professional, and accountable team environment.
• Managing schedules and ensuring appropriate salon coverage.
• Monitoring salon performance and helping the team achieve goals.
• Supporting recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Resolving guest concerns professionally.
• Maintaining salon cleanliness and operational standards.
• Leading by example through strong guest service and teamwork.

• Active Michigan cosmetology or barber license.
• Previous salon management or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
• A professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that meets salon needs.
