Job Responsibilities Manage orders to be completed in full and on time Use a scanner gun to check inventory and properly adjust material locations Select material from shelves and prepare items for next steps Inspect all material for quality Stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift Have constant communication with department lead on progress with work orders Work together with a team throughout the warehouse to achieve maximum efficiency with 100% complete and on-time deliveries Pick material using a stand/sit forklift as needed Other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous material picker experience preferred Comfortable learning to operate a forklift Candidate must have a good work history Able to lift 50+ lbs. comfortably Self-motivated, self-directed team player and team builder Able to understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions, have good communication skills (verbal and written), and be detail oriented Capable of standing for extended periods of time Flexible in working overtime when necessary Benefits Medical/Dental – Monthly premiums are paid for by the company Paid Time Off Holiday pay 401(k) with a 3% company match Paid weekly Early wage access program Life, Accident, and Vision insurance WORK SCHEDULE Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm, overtime as needed PAY $20-$21/hr.
