The Springs at Lake Pointe Woods Address: 3280 Lake Pointe Blvd, Sarasota, FL 34231 Palmer Ranch Health and Rehabilitation Center Address: 5111 Palmer Ranch Pkwy, Sarasota, FL 34238 Hawthorne Health and Rehabilitation Center - Sarasota Address: 5381 Desoto Rd, Sarasota, FL 34235 Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at The Springs at Lake Pointe Woods, Palmer Ranch Health and Rehabilitation Center and Hawthorne Health and Rehabilitation Center - Sarasota. Work inside the dedicated therapy gyms within these skilled nursing facilities, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care. Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) FULL-TIME POSITION This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Why Step Up Rehab? - Graduate of an accredited SLP program- open to CFY Opportunities!
- Active Florida SLP license (or license-eligible) required
- SNF or post-acute experience preferred
- Net Health knowledge preferred
