Health Bridge Psychotherapy Center
Job Description
Position Overview\nWe are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team at Health Bridge Psychotherapy Center. This full-time role offers the unique opportunity to provide therapy in a remote setting, allowing you to support individuals in their journey toward recovery while maintaining a flexible work-life balance. You will be a key player in our commitment to delivering high-quality mental health care, with a focus on fostering healing and resilience in our clients.
About the Organization\nHealth Bridge Psychotherapy Center is a leading rehabilitation facility located in New York City, dedicated to helping individuals overcome addiction and improve their mental and emotional well-being. Our mission is built on a foundation of comprehensive and compassionate care, striving to empower clients to regain control of their lives. We take pride in our multidisciplinary approach, placing emphasis on collaboration among our mental health professionals to provide integrated and effective treatment solutions.
Work Environment\nThis position is designed for licensed mental health counselors who thrive in a remote work environment. At Health Bridge, we prioritize a supportive culture that fosters professional development and teamwork. Although working remotely, you will have access to ongoing supervision, monthly team meetings, and collaborative opportunities to connect with fellow professionals. Our outpatient office setting allows for a focus on individualized therapy while adapting to the unique scheduling needs that remote work provides.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' conditions, identify co-occurring disorders, and understand their individual treatment needs. \n
- Create and implement tailored, evidence-based treatment plans aligned with each client’s specific goals, including addressing both mental health and addiction issues. \n
- Facilitate individual therapy sessions and lead group therapy for clients facing addiction challenges, trauma, and various mental health concerns. \n
- Continuously assess client progress, adjusting treatment plans and therapeutic approaches based on their needs and responses. \n
- Collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other counselors, to ensure a holistic approach to client care. \n
- Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, addiction recovery, and coping mechanisms, empowering them with knowledge that supports their healing process. \n
- Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and confidential client records while upholding legal and ethical standards of practice. \n
Our clients comprise individuals struggling with substance abuse, addiction disorders, and co-occurring mental health conditions. You will engage with a diverse population and be instrumental in helping them build resilience and adopt healthy coping strategies. Our approach treats the whole person, factoring in their personal background, support system, and unique circumstances, to foster a safe and nurturing environment conducive to healing.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution. \n
- Current and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification. \n
- A minimum of 3 years of direct experience providing mental health support, ideally in a counseling or rehabilitation setting. \n
- Preferred additional training or specialization in rehabilitation mental health. \n
While a minimum of three years in mental health counseling is required, experience in substance use disorder treatment, group therapy facilitation, and the development of individualized treatment plans will be highly beneficial. Familiarity with remote therapeutic practices and telehealth technologies is also advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits\nThe salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We also offer a comprehensive array of benefits, including:
\n- \n
- Monthly productivity bonuses to recognize exceptional work and client outcomes. \n
- Opportunities for continued professional development and training in cutting-edge therapeutic practices. \n
- Structured supervision for ongoing professional growth. \n
- A collaborative team environment that values each member’s contributions. \n
- Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance, including options for telecommuting as needed. \n
- Paid time off and sick leave to prioritize your health and well-being. \n
- Dependent care accounts to assist with family obligations. \n
- A hiring bonus for qualified candidates. \n
At Health Bridge, we believe in nurturing talent and supporting your career advancement.
