Position Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to join our Independent Living Apartment Program in Monmouth County. In this role, you will support adults with developmental and multiple physical disabilities while promoting independence, safety, and quality of life.

Training is available for qualified applicants.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting individuals with activities of daily living and personal care
• Supporting independence and community participation
• Maintaining a safe and supportive environment
• Collaborating with team members to provide quality care and support

Qualifications

• Current Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid New Jersey driver's license required
• Must be at least 21 years old to drive
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred, but not required
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
