This role will serve as a key business partner to commercial, operations, supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing teams across a global footprint. The analyst will need to be self-directed, help drive financial visibility, operational performance, and strategic decision-making as the business scales capacity, launches new products, and supports customers worldwide.The successful candidate will combine strong financial analysis skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies. Communicate effectively within a global organization to understand and explain results, highlighting opportunities and risks to managementPartner with business leaders to understand financial performance and operational drivers across the Optical Fiber business.Support Commercial Finance and Operations Finance teams by preparing valuable financial analysis that provides new insights and drive profitable actionProvide insights into revenue, margin, productivity, and cost performance to drive business results.Assist in evaluating growth opportunities, customer programs, capacity expansions, and strategic investments.Collaborate with operations teams to understand cost drivers and support continuous improvement initiatives.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.Progressive experience in finance and accounting functionsAdvanced experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.)What Will Put You AheadExperience in a large manufacturing environment5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting functionsSAP experienceSnowflake or Automation ExperienceThis position does not qualify for VISA Sponsorship.For this role, we anticipate paying $100,000-$125,000 per year.
