More information about communities, careers, and company values is available at Role Description The New Home Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Greenville, SC. This position is responsible for guiding prospective homebuyers through the entire sales process, including greeting visitors in model homes, conducting community and home tours, and presenting available floor plans, features, and pricing options. The specialist will manage leads, follow up consistently via phone, email, and in person, and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management system. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with construction and design teams on home availability and timelines, preparing sales contracts and related documentation, and supporting buyers through financing and closing milestones. The role also involves hosting open houses and community events, maintaining a professional and welcoming sales environment, and representing Adams Homes’ values and brand standards at all times. Qualifications Proficiency in New Home Sales and general Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, relationship building, and conflict resolution. Experience or familiarity with Homebuilding, construction timelines, and basic residential design features. Active Real Estate License in South Carolina (or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe, as required by local regulations). Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confident presentation abilities. Comfort with CRM systems, basic office software, and digital communication tools. Ability to work on-site during model home hours, including weekends and some evenings as needed. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple buyers and transactions simultaneously. Previous experience in residential real estate, new construction sales, or related fields is preferred but not strictly required.
