This opportunity offers a pivotal role in a fast-growing compounding pharmacy currently operating a 503A non-sterile mail order service with a daily volume of approximately 1,000 prescriptions. The pharmacy maintains a positive work culture driven by leadership focused on growth and organization, supporting a team of 4 pharmacists and 3 technicians.

The position is based in West Jordan, UT, with a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The team uses Pioneer Rx software for daily operations. Key medications dispensed include peptides and GLP-1 therapies.

An exciting expansion is underway with a new 7,000 sq. ft. facility planned to open in October or November. This new site will introduce sterile compounding capabilities and has the capacity to scale up to 10,000 prescriptions daily. Long-term growth plans anticipate a team of 10 pharmacists and over 15 technicians. This is a unique chance to join at the ground level and contribute to the rapid growth of the pharmacy.

Qualified candidates should demonstrate:

• Licensure as a Pharmacist with relevant compounding experience
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of fostering a positive, team-oriented culture
• Organizational ability to support scaling operations and process improvements
• Willingness to train onsite in Salt Lake City for 4-6 weeks before potentially serving as a remote PIC, with monthly site visits as needed
