Leasing Specialist, Multifamily — Elevate Residents

The Flats at Arrowood Apartments in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Leasing Agent to oversee our apartment community. You will conduct property tours, communicate with prospects, build resident relationships, and drive leasing decisions to sustain occupancy. Ideal candidates have multifamily leasing experience, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. Bilingual abilities and social media/marketing experience are a plus.
