Great service starts long before the first ticket hits—and that starts with prep!The RoleYou set the kitchen up to win. From sauces to proteins to produce, you make sure everything is prepped, stocked, and ready so the line can move fast and stay sharp.What You'll DoPrep ingredients to spec (proteins, produce, sauces, salsas, etc.).Follow recipes and portion standards with consistency.Keep prep stations clean, organized, and fully stocked.Label, date, rotate, and properly store all food.Support line cooks and kitchen flow during service when needed.Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times.Help keep the kitchen running smooth before, during, and after service.What You BringKitchen or prep experience preferred (we'll train the right person).Strong attention to detail and consistency.Ability to stay organized and move with urgency.Reliable work ethic and team-first attitude.Availability for nights, weekends, and busy shifts.What You GetCompetitive hourly pay.Growth opportunities into kitchen leadership roles.Staff meals + discounts.Fast-paced, high-energy team environment.Send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io or stop in and introduce yourself.
