Job Description We are looking for a full-time Licensed Optician to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced, patient-focused, and enjoys working in a positive, accountable environment. You’ll play a key role in guiding patients through eyewear selection, ensuring proper fittings, and contributing to the continued success of our independent practice. Responsibilities Provide exceptional, friendly, and professional customer service to every patient Communicate clearly and collaboratively with patients, team members, and doctors Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses based on lifestyle, prescription, and style Dispense eyewear and contact lenses with accuracy and care Perform adjustments, repairs, and fittings using manual lensometers and optical tools Enter and manage patient and order information accurately in our systems Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing optical environment Show eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to continuous improvement Why You’ll Love Working Here Independent Practice: No corporate pressure—focus on genuine patient care.
