Looking for experienced MIG Welders/Fabricators ready for a direct-hire opportunity with a manufacturing/fabrication company! Pay: Up to $30/hour, depending on experience 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM–4:00 PM + OT Fridays currently & 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM + OT Fridays currently.

Fabrication technology features state-of-the-art, laser-cutting machines, along with proprietary software.

Welder Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $ 22.00 to $ 30.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:30am to 04:00pm)

• Perform MIG welding on metal components and assemblies.
• Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal parts according to specifications.
• Measure, cut, position, and prepare materials for welding.
• Use grinders, saws, hand tools, and power tools.
• Read measurements, work orders, and fabrication instructions.
• Inspect completed welds for quality, strength, and proper fit.
• Perform grinding, finishing, and rework as needed.

Welder Qualifications:

• MUST have previous MIG welding and fabrication experience.
• Must be able to successfully complete a weld test.
• Must have steel-toe boots for the weld test and work.
• Must be comfortable using welding, fabrication, and grinding equipment.
• Ability to accurately measure, fit, and fabricate metal components.
• Must be dependable and able to work overtime on Fridays as needed.
