Production Control Manager

Now Hiring: Production Control Manager

The Production Control Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing production control activities to ensure efficient manufacturing operations and on-time delivery. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to balance production schedules, inventory, capacity, and customer demand while driving continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production control strategies that improve efficiency, productivity, and manufacturing performance
• Coordinate with operations, supply chain, and other departments to ensure smooth production flow and on-time delivery
• Manage and adjust production schedules based on customer demand, capacity, and material availability
• Analyze production data, monitor key performance metrics, and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Oversee inventory planning and control to support production needs while minimizing excess inventory
• Lead, coach, and develop production control team members while promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Experience leading production control, manufacturing operations, or supply chain functions within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and capacity planning
• Proficiency with ERP systems, production planning software, and data analysis tools
• Working knowledge of quality systems, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Work Environment

• Primarily office-based with regular interaction in manufacturing environments
• Frequent collaboration with operations, supply chain, quality, and leadership teams
• Fast-paced environment focused on meeting production schedules and customer commitments
