Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the respiratory therapy department Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards of care Manage budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards Foster a culture of quality, safety, and patient-centered care Requirements Current RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) credential- Long Term Care experience 3+ years of experience in respiratory therapy, with 2+ years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of respiratory care principles, practices, and protocols Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze data and drive quality improvement initiatives Nice To Have Master's degree in respiratory therapy, healthcare administration, or a related field Experience with quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) Knowledge of electronic medical records and respiratory therapy information systems Certification in respiratory therapy management (e.g., RRT-NPS) #J-18808-Ljbffr Embassy Healthcare
