Salary: $55,000 annually
Bonus: Earn up to $1,000 per month in performance bonuses

Crumbl is looking for a General Manager who knows how to build a team, create an unforgettable guest experience, and turn ambitious goals into real results.

You'll take ownership of the Concord bakery-from the people and the product to the numbers behind the operation. You'll hire great talent, develop future leaders, protect our standards, and create a culture where accountability and positive energy work side by side.

This isn't a clipboard-and-office position. You'll lead from the floor, set the pace, and be present when your team needs you most.

What You'll Own

As General Manager, you'll be responsible for the performance and culture of the bakery. You'll:

• Recruit, hire, train, and retain an outstanding team
• Coach employees and develop your next generation of leaders
• Build schedules that support both the team and the business
• Manage labor, inventory, food costs, and other controllable expenses
• Track KPIs and turn performance data into practical action
• Maintain exceptional standards for cookie quality and presentation
• Ensure a clean, organized, and food-safe bakery
• Deliver a consistently memorable guest experience
• Solve problems quickly, calmly, and confidently
• Communicate expectations clearly and hold the team accountable
• Create an environment where people feel supported and challenged to improve
• Partner with company leadership on bakery goals and long-term growth
