We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing warehouse team.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving shipments, picking and packing orders, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. This position plays a critical role in ensuring customers receive accurate and on-time shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against packing slips.
• Inspect products for damage or discrepancies.
• Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Prepare pallets and shipments for UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely (forklift experience is a plus).
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse standards.
• Support other warehouse and operations tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift certification or experience (preferred but not required).
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Experience in eCommerce or distribution warehouse operations is a plus.
