We are on the lookout for experienced and entrepreneurial-minded recruiters to become our Senior Medical Sales and Healthcare Recruiters. Your Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle searches from creating job descriptions to finalizing offers.
- Serve as a client partner, attuned to their hiring objectives, organizational challenges, and workplace culture.
- Strategically source candidates using our exclusive CRM/ATS, as well as your network and resources including our unique communication tools.
- Utilize our platform to organize candidates, monitor outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organized records.
- Emphasize permanent placements that foster long-lasting client relationships and generate significant commissions.
- Engage in thought leadership initiatives as we enhance our company visibility and yours.

Your Profile
- 23+ years of recruitment agency or consultative sales experience required

- Confident navigating ATS/CRM platforms (training on ours will be provided)
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and aspiration to develop something substantial
