We are on the lookout for experienced and entrepreneurial-minded recruiters to become our Senior Medical Sales and Healthcare Recruiters. You will oversee comprehensive placement processes while fostering robust client relationships. With some of the industry's highest commission rates, your rewards will directly correspond to the value you generate.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle searches from creating job descriptions to finalizing offers.
  • Serve as a client partner, attuned to their hiring objectives, organizational challenges, and workplace culture.
  • Strategically source candidates using our exclusive CRM/ATS, as well as your network and resources including our unique communication tools.
  • Utilize our platform to organize candidates, monitor outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organized records.
  • Emphasize permanent placements that foster long-lasting client relationships and generate significant commissions.
  • Engage in thought leadership initiatives as we enhance our company visibility and yours.

Your Profile

  • 23+ years of recruitment agency or consultative sales experience required
  • Solid understanding of the healthcare landscape or a willingness to learn we are eager to provide coaching
  • Adept at nurturing client relationships and facilitating offers
  • Confident navigating ATS/CRM platforms (training on ours will be provided)
  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and aspiration to develop something substantial
