• Experience: Minimum 2 years recent ICU/CCU experience, including CRRT, Bipaps, labs, chest tubes, PICC, and code response skills

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU, managing critical patients with complex needs
• Administer treatments including CRRT, Bipaps, chest tubes, PICC lines, and lab draws
• Conduct own codes and respond to emergencies confidently
• Float across ICU and inpatient units including Med/Surg, Tele, and ED with prior experience
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR system
• Participate in unit-based orientation and ongoing clinical training

What You Need

• Active Kansas RN license or a valid compact license
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years recent ICU/CCU experience
• Strong skills in critical care procedures and autonomous decision-making
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
