We are seeking an experienced Lead Home Improvement Technician for a direct hire opportunity serving homeowners in the Franklin and Brentwood, TN area. This role is ideal for a skilled residential repair, remodeling, carpentry, or handyman professional who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, strong customer service, and leading others by example.

This opportunity offers consistent year-round work, scheduling flexibility, and the choice of a W-2 or 1099 arrangement. As the Lead Home Improvement Technician, you will complete a wide range of residential maintenance, repair, and improvement projects while helping guide and support other technicians. Key Responsibilities

- Complete high-quality residential home repair, maintenance, renovation, and improvement projects.
- Lead, coach, and support other service technicians while setting a strong example for craftsmanship and professionalism.
- Evaluate project needs, identify practical solutions, and communicate clearly with homeowners regarding expectations and progress.
- Perform common projects such as carpentry, drywall repair, flooring, painting, rotten-wood repair, and basic plumbing or electrical tasks.
- Maintain clean, safe, organized job sites and ensure each project is completed accurately, professionally, and on schedule.
- Represent the company with excellent customer service, reliable follow-through, and a professional appearance.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $30 to $35 per hour, depending on experience.
