We are seeking an experienced and motivated IT professional to lead exciting projects using today’s latest systems and technologies to serve our professional clients. As Senior Systems Engineer you’ll oversee the installation of multiple complex projects as lead technician, manage work performed by Support Technicians, Field Technicians and Systems Engineers plus serve as a Primary Contact for internal escalations. * This is an on-site position * The Senior Systems Engineer Position This position requires the candidate to independently recognize need for complex equipment repair and replacement, identify user problems promptly, develop solutions and communicate those solutions both internally and to the clients while always maintaining our high level of customer satisfaction. You will be in one of the primary positions for our team so you must be a self-starter, a leader as well as a great problem solver. You’ll work supporting desktops, mobile devices, servers, networks via phone, email, remote access tools and onsite at client locations. Senior Service Engineers also perform support for complex projects. You’ll communicate with clients as needed to resolve support issues and coordinate with other members of the Service Team for emergencies. You’ll troubleshoot, install, and maintain equipment at client locations, work to fulfill client requests for purchase of additional services or equipment and oversee installation of more complex equipment replacement. Senior Systems Engineers participate in and conduct internal and client meetings, help develop client IT strategies and assist in maintaining company records and customer network documentation. You’ll also Assist Help Desk Technicians, Field Technicians and Field Engineers with support issues that require escalation.
