This part-time contract position is a meaningful way to make a tangible difference, working alongside dedicated educators in a school-based environment near Lincoln, NE. Over the course of the 2026-2027 school year, deliver both direct and indirect support to help students find their voice and advance their communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to students with significant needs.
• Complete thorough assessments, develop intervention plans, and track measurable progress.
• Partner closely with educators, families, and support staff to create effective communication strategies for each student.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing input on student goals and recommendations as needed.
• Serve as a resource to staff and families, offering guidance on best practices and strategies for inclusive communication.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Prior experience supporting students with moderate to significant disabilities is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathetic approach, and commitment to collaborative problem-solving.
• Ability to provide both direct and consultative services in a school setting.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to compliance and details.
