Role Overview  

River Valley Health and Dental Center is seeking a family practice physician to provide quality medical services and patient care in accordance with departmental and regulatory guidelines. In this role, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients who need it most while being part of a unified team that prioritizes partnership in care. If you are devoted to providing exceptional, whole-person care for all and want to be part of a movement committed to improving lives and strengthening communities, this is your chance to make a difference. 

Key Job Responsibilities

• Adheres to current evidence-based clinical guidelines, standards of care, and standards of practice in the provision of health center services, as applicable. 
\n
• Promotes continuity of patient care by interacting and collaborating with other members of the healthcare team including behavioral health and social services as appropriate.
\n
• May assume responsibility for day-to-day supervision of physician assistants/nurse practitioners.
\n

What We’re Looking For

• Medical degree with unrestricted license by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and certification by the applicable Specialty Board, such as Family Practice, preferred
\n
• Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certificate.
