Director of Construction & Capital Projects

Cove Communities is seeking a Director of Construction to act as executive champion for capital improvement projects and maintenance across its portfolio. You will bridge underwriting and site execution, guiding managers and coordinating with regional leaders, government agencies, and vendors.

In this role you will lead project management teams, oversee budgets, and ensure schedules and regulatory requirements are met. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success.
