Production Associate Seed Processing
Pay: $21.75/hour Shift: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM Location: Neosho, MO Requirements: Steel-toe shoes | On-site tour required
Summary
Responsible for bagging, treating, and palletizing corn and soybean seed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Bag, treat, and palletize seed products
- Follow production orders (quantities, lot numbers, labels)
- Operate machinery and/or forklifts (training provided)
- Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- 1+ year manufacturing experience preferred
- Forklift or machine operation experience a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Stand/walk for extended periods
- Work in hot/cold environments with dust/chemicals
- Wear PPE at all times
