Remote Compliance Issues Manager

Upstart is seeking a Compliance Issues Manager to help operationalize the second-line compliance issue management program. You will manage day-to-day issue management activities, maintain issue records, monitor remediation progress, and escalate as needed. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Compliance Advisory & Change Management, and requires strong collaboration with compliance, risk, audit, legal, and business stakeholders.
